Very thing is good in the hotel but they charge extra amount for the towels they provide only one towel for 3 guest it's not acceptable and charge from me 50 Rs per towel

Rude Caretaker, Shady Practices – DO NOT Stay Here!! Our stay at Punathis heights last weekend was nothing short of a nightmare. The caretaker, Jaleel, was the root of most issues and is clearly unfit for any role involving customer service. First, he charged us for a room we hadn’t even booked, without any proper explanation. When questioned, he got defensive and confrontational instead of resolving the matter politely. On top of that, he didn’t provide a bill at checkout. I was on a call and in a hurry when I made the payment, and it slipped my mind to ask — but frankly, that’s no excuse for his failure. Any professional would have provided the bill automatically. Later, I realized the transaction seemed shady, and now I have no official proof of payment. Basic amenities were missing too. There were no towels in the room, and when we asked for some, Jaleel said they were still wet from being washed — and even had the audacity to mock us, saying he could give us wet towels if we wanted. Absolutely unprofessional and rude. To make matters worse, there was no hot water provided at night, and Jaleel couldn’t have cared less. His arrogant attitude and complete lack of courtesy made an already frustrating stay even worse. Management needs to take action — Jaleel is clearly driving guests away with his disrespectful behavior and questionable practices. Until that happens, avoid this place at all costs
