OYO Vale Castle

The rooms were ok. But please make sure to properly maintain the rooms adding more comfort to customers like good blankets and towels. Attitude of one of the staff desires an appreciation.Food was ok but not upto the mark. Our stay was really a good one inspite of the above mentioned facilities.

The worst experience ever. Booking was cancelled without any intimation and no response when asked. Ended up nowhere at 11.30pm. I would like to rate 0. Please don't book with Oyo app.They are pathetic in customer service.

Very bad experience in this hotel... No proper service worst food... Ever had in my life... No hot water provided.. Towel stinking And it's very far from munnar don't opt for this hotel if you Have come for siteseeing in munnar should struggle to reach

Very very worst.Rooms are looks like a public toilets.Full of mosquito's and Bad smell.I called OYO and Goibibo persons for change the property. but they are not responding properly and still we didnt get call from their end..Plz don't go with OYO and Goibibo.It was very bad experience in my life time.
