I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Munnar! The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered stunning views of the river. The service was excellent, with attentive staff who went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the beauty of Munnar. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Munnar!

Excellent stay featuring a lovely outdoor space with a lovely river flow and lots of gardens and trees. Very friendly host. One major disadvantage is that you have to order food here, which is a drawback even though I don't think online food services are unavailable. Another is that we had trouble parking our Tempo Traveler, but the host was able to assist us. All in all, if someone wants to travel to and stay in Munnar, I would most certainly suggest this location.

It’s very pretty place. Beautiful waterfall near by . River view. People are very kind hearted, felt like a home. It was nice to stay in. Swing spot. We cook and ate, plus can order near by also. Rooms decent and nice. Traveling everything will not be perfect but it was nice. Host is very nice, ate fruits that was grown in the land, neighbors are really nice , give us coconut and many food to eat.

Not a very pleasant experience. Stayed here a while back, looking back on the experience, I'd recommend you find a better spot. Property is a little off beat making it very difficult to reach and away from major attractions. The host is a different trip altogether. Goes from friendly & talkative one minute to rude and and pushy in the next. making it super awkward in navigating the forced conversations with him. You have to order food here, for which you pay extra to the host to broker. He wont let you do it otherwise. only 1 seating / common area in this property where if you sit other than your meals, the host would come and ask you to leave as it is a common area and with some logic has to stay empty also he will rush you to leave the property once you are close to your check out time. My ride cancelled on me and I had to undergo him being paranoid & rushing me while I waited for an alternative. There is a river stream nearby which was probably the only good thing about this stay.

We went more friends for enjoyment for this diwali but very disappointment happened in this hotel one of the admin behave very worst very rude I never seen this kind of people in my life so please don't prefer this property
