OYO Home Munnar Falcuns

One of the worst experience. They have charged extra thousand when we reach there. In Oyo it is mentioned like breakfast available, but is wrong. They haven't even provided drinking water too. Water heater also they won't switch on even it is there. TV was there in room but is not recharged so that too of no use. Totally utter waste.

We booked for 1 night stay, first of all they started asking for extra money above what we had paid already. They dont know any other language than Malyalam. There was not water available even for the toilet. Use less and unpeacefull

Booked through Oyo. They are asking for additional cost to allow us stay there even after paying full amount in Oyo. I was denied stay. Oyo charged cancellation charges. Pathetic booking ever.

Room is good but in OYO rooms , address given was Devikulam . But actually this is 17 km back from Munnar , ( 4 km away from Anachal ) when we reach Munnar , the climate were 22 degree and in our stay it was 28 degree . This made us very disappointed ☹️. This is home stay and you can't enjoy your beautiful night here because houses are very near by this home . Really cheated by OYO room . Really we spooled our Munnar trip by trusting OYO room . CHEATED BY OYO.... THIS IS NOT MUNNAR

Rooms booked through Oyo. They are asking for double amount to allow us stay there even after paying full amount in Oyo. Very bad behavioural to our family

Even in the oyo bill, it is given that there is no parking. 2, 3 cars can be parked here. This is not Devikulat. There is a distance of 17 km from Munnar town.

It was really costly and even after we paid the entire oyo amount they are asking for extra 1000₹. Thats too much for that room.

Even after paying full amount through Oyo they are asking for extra 1000 rs, if not given they won't allow to stay in the rooms. there was no water in the room. Situation was pathetic
