Worst hotel i have ever stayed in my life. Initially they will tell you one price but when you check out they will double tha price. When we ask about that they will started scolding in malayalam. There is no hot water, no drinking water,worst room service. Definitely i won't suggest this to any one. Writing this based on true experience.

Hi guys ...if you feel it's right review put a like. I stayed here with my friends in the last holidays. We planned for a medium range hotel and paid for it.. Hotel maximum rate is 1500 per room and 200 for extra bed without breakfast But we paid more than their norma rate, because they charge how how much they get.not based on how much service they give Value for money Rs.800 for 01 night. Thier pros and cons -If they pay below thousand for a room in a peak season time it is right for the budget guest. - it located with in one km,from munnar town. -Parking available near the road side but it is not owned by hotel, and no security. -We found hair in bed, may be it is not washed property, or reused. -bathroom water flows in our room , and requested to clean with the staff, he doesn't mind our request. -If we need a pillow or blanket, we should ask more than 3 times. Finally i went to the reception and took myself -we stayed on ipl final day, expected to watch final with our frnds. But none of the Television doesn't work.may be not recharged cable vision. In the same rate you get lot of rooms in Munnar with better service and quality. Accommodation is the prime thing in a tour. If we doesn't give its importance , total tour may be waste. So rethink before choosing a accommodation in your tour.

Very worst behavior from management & saying amount before taking rooms there then while checkout they telling extra amounts.... pls there are many good hotels in munnar... so everybody prefer any other good hotels kindly...

I booked the hotel thru travel agent but hotel owner and travel agent both are totally harresed

Don't go anybody there...Worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. very worst room service. There are many good hotels in Munnar. Definitely i won't suggest this to anyone

Worst hotel.. Very poor room service. Never get hot water from here. Irresponsible and rude behaviour. Above mentioned photos are never matches to real.

Really worst hospitality... While booking they said one rate after vacating they ask extra payment...Even though they did n't gave water...For water we have to pay...Worst worst worst

This hotel has no safety for girls, and worst service, cheating for management service 😒 😑
