OYO Parakkat Plantation Resort

It was a short but pleasant stay experience, the comforting factors were the staff service and breathtaking valley view from the room. Food was great in taste, probably can do a little more on presentation side however it was cozy dining experience in the comfort of your room while enjoying the scenic beauty. Everyone starting from the security person at the entrance till the room service person including the lovely ladies at front desk, the bell desk staff all were very pleasant and hospitable. Really enjoyed our stay. Great job guys!!

My wife, kid and I have never enjoyed a place so much as Parakkat Nature Resort. The hospitality,warmth, and humor of the staff is exceptional. The food was to die for. The scenary was breathtaking||||Without doubt Parakkat Resprt isone of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Munnar! ||||The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.||||The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. ||||All respect for the Dhanya Parakkat who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

Parakkat Nature Resort Hotel is very unusual in design perched on the side of a very steep hill.|Excellent rooms and facilities. All rooms have balconies and fantastic views over the hills and valleys.|Very nice restaurant again with fantastic views. Food is very good. Restaurant service is a little slow but this is mainly because all food is freshly prepared so it proves to be worth waiting a little.|Staff are very welcoming, helpful and accommodating in all areas of the hotel.|The hotel is located about 10km out of Munnar town so is in a fairly peaceful location but also easy to reach town.|We stayed four nights, thoroughly enjoyed and could easily have stayed longer. We plan to come back some time soon.|We can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

We celebrated some good moments at munnar and Parakkat Plantation resort is just an amazing venue. The staffs are great asset for this resort. Excellent food and service, scenic views, great rooms and all was fine. There was nothing to complain. Had a great vacation away from the work and urban madness. Highly recommended and planning to visit again. ☺️God bless

Greeted royally. Lobby with gorgeous statues and leather seating. First served with warm clothes to freshen up then hit tea. Rooms had an amazing view of the tea plantations. We had a corner suite with a wrap around balcony. Jacob was wonderful and provided a great interaction with staff. Good good and consistent with Indian cuisine. I had a chili shrimp fish that was amazing. This would be a beautiful place for a honeymoon or nice romantic weekend. Most employees spoke engkish

Stayed here on a small trip to munnar. Pros 1.Rooms are neat and beautiful 2.Friendly staff 3.Parking space with roadside access 4.Hot water provide in bathroom 5.TV provided for recreation 6.Ample lighting 7.Spacious double bed room and wardrobe and separate dining area for get together 8.Luxury feel with normal rates Recommended for travellers Cons 1.Food not provided during our visit but morning tea provided by staff 2.Curtains of bathroom should be little more dark shade

Nice calm and serene atmosphere... There is a cardomom plantation on the backyard down to the valley... And individual cottages are available.. Good service..
