If u want to stay here please select deluxe rooms. We stayed in in standard room. Which doesn't have any view and the r oom is smaller than it appears in photo. DONT BELIEVE THE PICTURES. The rooms are in basements only reception and dining area is in ground and above level. And some deluxe room is in ground level. And breakfast is not worth. So go for other hotels or resorts if u want any kind of view. Only plus is the location.

Had a very pleasant stay for my 2 days munnar trip. Got a room with stunning outside view very essential for hill station. Everything in close vicinity. The only hard thing I find is hot water. It would be much more better if the limited timings they specified followed strictly.

Very very poor room condition. Rooms are totally different from their website photo. If you book this hotel a horrible experience waiting for you. Ground floor Rooms are damped. Bad Smel running all time in the room. Don't book this hotel book another hotel in munnar

“I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not clean, and there was a persistent issue with the flush that was never resolved. For the price, it certainly wasn’t worth it. I expected better maintenance and cleanliness. Would not recommend.”

Very very bad service We booked 2 rooms One has shower leakage problem and one had no water in flush because of leakage issue. One room had no window with two holes in wall which we asked to close (bcz climate was cold) but no one from staff helped to close holes. Deluxe room had non working exhaust fan. Even towels were not provided when asked to give and got the answer from staff that towels are finished as it is already distributed to a group of customers. Above problems were told to the staff still they didnt do anything. At the time to pay bills when we told the problems to staff at counter, he told that you didn't tell when you faced the problem and you are telling at the time of check out and also he mentioned that this is your bahana for not to pay the remaining amount.

Not a liable for even ½ star too. Worst staff, They even don't have manners how to talk with customer. Bad room service lack of basic thing Basic like a dust bin and towel We couldn't get even tea at hotel... So not recommended such worst hotel. Even manager unware of which room is alloted to whom. Book on own risks.

It was a good stay and budget hotel for solo travellers like me. Only issue I had there was no mobile network once you are in the hotel room. Wifi is available but sometimes it was working and sometimes it was not.
