Seven Malai Residency

There are so many positive things as well as negative too …. Let me share my positive experience first followed by negative as well 1) The Location of this hotel is definitely awesome, we can feel the mist even in the rooms & Dining area…. The view from the room gives you a pleasant look 2) Access to the town is not a big job… Only 1km 3) They are providing 24 hours heater facility which was not often found in other hotels 4) Parking facility is good 5) For Senior citizens and those who can’t walk through series of stairs, certain rooms are very easily accessible from the same level of car park 6) As per our request they will allow for early check in and late checkout if possible Now the Negatives : 1) The maintenance of the rooms and washroom was poor 2) The way from the main road to the hotel is not recommended for small cars and midsized cars it’s really tough… 3) Laundry of bedsheets, quilts and blankets was poor 4) Literally we found bed bugs all around the bed which caused serious itching 5) No generator facility we faced power cut so many Times

Our family had a wonderful stay at this resort.The resort is perfect for families, with so many activities to keep everyone entertained. The kids loved it so much. The staff were fantastic with our children, making them feel special and engaged. Our room was comfortable and spacious enough for all of us, with a beautiful view. The dining options were varied and delicious, catering well to both adults and kids.

It was a wonderful experience there. I stayed there for 2 days,and everything was amazing.Especially thier customer service which was excellent.Next time you visit munnar you'all should check this place out.

There service is not good. Location is OK. No hot water supply and no food options at the hotel or around it.

Clennines are a big issue. We stayed for 2 days. Bugs are all over the Patio. Okok service.befs are not cleand well. When we slept we felt itchy

1. The room is of poor quality - basic, dampened, and overpriced. 2. There is only one power outlet in the room. 3. The ceiling fan is broken, so they have provided a stand fan- leaving no available power point . 4. The road to hotel is not paved and full of potholes, making it difficult to reach. 5. The view from room is not good.

Not even worth of 1 star rating. Full of racism. Money minded people.Already we booked and paid advance 1 month back itself but while checkin he (the owner) ordered us to pay more amount and treated us very badly …like using harsh words and a most worst attitude , behaviour…and a lot happened. At last we checked out immediately and owner refused to pay back the advance amount also…PLEASE DON’T EVER BOOK HERE And the room is not clean and not maintained properly… IF YOU WANT TO SPEND YOUR VACATION PEACEFULLY AND HAPPILY MEANS DON’T EVER COME HERE YARUM BOOK PANNIDATHINGA APPARAM ROMBA VARUTHA PADUVINGA…
