First of all, they asked us to cancel at the last moment saying there is maintenance, while we can see the rooms still available on the booking sites. When we tried to call, he continually refused to receive the call and cut the call while talking. The person is really rude and not at all ready to listen when it is his mistake, people like them makes the visit really frustrating. Please visit some other hotels.

I had booked a room for 1 night by paying full price. It did say non refundable price. At the last moment (1 day prior) due to an emergency (my child was unwell) i requested to cancel the room and asked for a 50% refund considering the situation, but got no response. The hotel is located in a poor neighborhood. You can definitely find a better hotel for the same price near the city centre.

1.9 Kms away from main market is the biggest drawback of this place if you don't have your own vehicle. Rooms are good and spacious, they provide good service.

Really Narrow roads, there is an auto stand nearby hence a lot of impatient Local auto drivers makes it uncomfortable to pass through. The room had a smell due to dampness. The pillows were dirty on the inside. There is no airconditioner or fans. When asked for a table fan, they offered one for two rooms. The only reason to go for it was, they accept pets.

Very friendly staff. They work with a smile always and very hospitable. I was a solo traveler and the room provided was big enough. very good budget hotel. A little away (around 1.5 km ) from the main town and narrow roads could be the drawbacks.
