Quite bad experience. Bathrooms aren't functional. Tap water was leaking, door locks are broken, toilet pipe is only occasionally hot. Hot water is occasional and that too can't be controlled. No soap, bath towels or WiFi provided. Rooms have air holes on top through which cold air and mosquitos come inside. Mosquitos were singing to us through out the night on top off the cold air from the air vents on top. A pointless balcony with a waste view. I would never recommend anyone to spend 1049 per night to stay here.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days with my family. Phone provided at room was not working and we were forced to go to reception for each and every time to get assistance. The building is a bit old and room and bath room are average. There was no cupboard or shelf to keep personal luggage/ items. The location of hotel is good and is within one kilometer from town.

Rooms are not spacious, but neat and clean. Toilets are up to the mark. Charge reasonable. Only problem there is no in-house restaurant. One requires to go nearly one kilometer to have some food.

It was a very plesant and homely stay in karthika resedency, specially because of its manager Mr. Ribbin. I stayed their on 3rd, 4th and 5th of July 2021 with my two other friends. He is extremely cooperarive fella, i reached their during covid time when most of the shops and hotels were closed but he is such a nice gye that he helped me in best possible way. At that time most of the restaurant were closed so he provided his own kitchen so that we could cook food and sometimes he provided us food even from his home. We are very thankful to Ribbin. And i will definitely recommend everyone to stay at this hotel because staff is extremely helpful and they help us in each and every condition.

Unhygienic rooms ,unprofessional staffs,old dirty linens,dirty door mats .....everything about the hotel was horrible.Even after complaining about the dirty bed linens, they didn't replace it. I checked out my stay within one hour,because of the unruly behavior of staffs.The staffs shown extreme arrogance during my tiny stay.If anybody planning to book a room here,just dont.you will get good rooms around munnar with the same money(2500 Rs/day). I would have gone with a zero star if I could. Regards

I stayed in this hotel from 31/10/2016 to 03/11/2016. It is not worth staying here. Though staff is good, resources available are very limited. Even fresh towels were given on 3rd day. No restaurant in the hotel. They give complimentary breakfast. but for that we have to go to the restaurant which has tieup with them. Its really frustrating. Try to avoid this hotel.

Very bad service while my stay. Intercom is not working so you have to go to reception again and again. You need to ask for everything that should be there in a hotel. Asked for towels and soap. They don't even have tea or coffee. Hot water for bathing was also not working properly. Complimentary breakfast was included for which you will have to go 2 km to some other restaurat.
