Location is good. But the room was in basement and no view through the window. Also cusion covers, towels and bedsheets were very old and look dirty even after dry cleaned. Rest is good

Location of the hotel is good. You can get all communication to all places via cab, bike or auto services at just 5min walking distance. Service is awesome. Rooms were also good to stay and clean. Thanks for the humble hospitality.😃😃😃

Best accommodation in Munnar. when I approached for room Anitha welcomed us with warm smile and genuine help of course affordable price for family of 4. Definitely would recommend this place for families. Will come again to enjoy this place and their hospitality.

I visited there with my family there last night and stayed there for one night only... And my experience in munnar was that good that i feel like staying there for my rest of my life☺... It feels like heaven.. my dream come true of staying in this good weather... It's was very peaceful😌... In future i am definitely be visiting this place again once I get independent.... My experience was this good that I am so convinced to stay there only... I will be staying in same hotel only... So staff please remember this child of 11th class named DIKSHA very well... I will be very thanked to you if you do so...

I recently stayed at and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, the cleanliness of the room was below standard. The sheets had stains, and the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. Additionally, there were maintenance issues such as a broken door which made my stay uncomfortable. The service was also lacking. The staff were unresponsive to requests and seemed indifferent to the guests' needs. On one occasion, I waited over an hour for room service, which was unacceptable. These issues significantly impacted my stay, making it difficult to relax and enjoy my trip. I would recommend that the hotel management take immediate action to address these concerns, particularly in improving cleanliness standards and staff training. Overall, I cannot recommend based on my recent experience. I hope the management will make the necessary improvements for the benefits

We saw the photo online which depicts Tea garde view , However out of our shock there is no Tea Garden view Hotel is situated near to market which is only good thing. However they can highly work on Room cleaniness and arrangements Food is basic and nothing to be on wow side.

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Inn Munnar. Located in a calm & quite place although it is very near to the bus stand and market place. View from the private balcony of room no 502 is nice. Also liked the old age charm of that room. Above all, I must mention the boys and a lady at the reception desk, they are very cooperative, helpful and polite in their dealings with the boardera. Good experience.
