OYO 71540 Sa Cottage

Me and my family are staying three days in SA COTTAGE. we get a good care and service from there. staff and owner are very helpful. we are strongly recommended this for family and all. The cleanliness is good and get hot water in 24 hours. the running water is clean and good.

It was pleasant staying in SA Cottage, I got a reference with my friend and visited this hotel in Munnar, I met hotel owner, he is very friendly and the cost is very decent. Rooms are very clean. Good to stay with family and friends.

It's was an excellent stay. The Hotel good. Food is also good . excellent staff, they take good care of their guests, they are very concerned about their guests, very polite, well behaved And helpful in nature.

Very nice and comfortable stay.Very well maintained property. Good staff with very friendly environments. Especially Managers doing very good job and good housekeeping staff.

Amzing stay ! The owner is great and helpful. Rooms are spacious no fans available .. bathroom have a hot water supply.. the price is reasonable .. no foods available !

This is munnar worst hotel I guess.....i stayed here for 4 days....no proper water supply.....red colour ground water.....geyser not working.......no person to listen......they charged 2500rs per day....other hotels were almost 1500to 2000rs with good amenities......this hotel I rate minus zero. Not recommended hotel pls. Very bitter experience. Daily we used to go late for outing due to this. No room service.....no attended.....no phone.....no laundry......simply worst.

Very bad customer service..Staffs were very rude in behaviour.We checked in at 7.30pm and we were 5 in number including a child of less than 1 in age..We were about to leave the cottage at 12pm.Suddenly a staff came and shouted at us that you should have leave the room earlier at 10am..Nobody told us about the Checkout and the staff's behaviour seems very worst..We never recommend anyone to go and stay in this cottage..

Rooms are clean. The price is too affordable. I would suggest it if you are on a budget trip.
