Hotel Kabani Palace

I had the pleasure of visiting Kabani Palace Hotel recently, and I must commend the exceptional experience it offers. The interiors are truly remarkable, blending elegance with a modern touch that creates a welcoming ambiance. The rooms are incredibly spacious, providing comfort and convenience for a relaxing stay. The banqueting and meeting rooms are exceptionally modern, well-appointed, and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, making them ideal for events and professional gatherings. A special mention goes to the staff, whose high level of professionalism and attention to detail were evident at every level. Their dedication to providing excellent service enhanced the overall experience. Kabani Palace Hotel sets a benchmark in hospitality, and I look forward to visiting again!

recently stayed at this hotel and had an extremely disappointing experience. Despite my best efforts to respect the property, I was charged 800 rs for damage that was already present before my arrival. This excessive charge seemed both unfair and unreasonable. Furthermore, I had the misfortune of dealing with the General Manager.. Their attitude was not only unhelpful but outright irritating. Instead of addressing the issue with professionalism and understanding, he was dismissive and uncooperative. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you value fair treatment and courteous service. The lack of respect for guests and the unprofessional behavior of the management are unacceptable.

Ohh my goodness... We had some chapathi and mushroom curry from their restaurant... That was utter bad... Didn't touched salt while preparing the dish... Full of elakka and other spices.. chapathi was that packet chapathi that will get at discount price while it reaches expiry date... Horrible experience . One who serve the food was having a face that I owe him some money 😁

We won’t be visiting this place ever again in my life. Today was a really bad day for us or the staff in this place spoiled our day like hell. I am UK resident and i am visiting this place for the first time along with my brother and friend and way the staff (claimed to be the manager &supervisor )insulted us in-front of everyone was really disappointing . We were using the executive bar facility and after we paid the bill we used the lift to go upstair to see the cabin and auditorium facility as one my family members engagement was held there and i was away for that and to be honest we didn’t know it was a restricted place for us enter this auditorium or the rest of the floors in the building as nothing was written or the staff member who saw us in the first time didn’t even redirect us from going.After we reached the auditorium space and while we were talking to the person there two guys ( manager , Supervisor)just showed up and were throwing false acquisitions against us as we were opening rooms of residents staying there. The manager was imposing everything on our head and he said we were enquiring about the auditorium to cover up what we did.We requested to check the CCTV footage to find out if we did something wrong but they were just insulting and blaming us for coming upstairs.I think the manager is not capable of handling situations like this as he didn’t even consider us as customers and the way he talked was really rude.If they have said that we were not allowed here in this place in a polite manner was a much more better way for a qualified manager to talk to a customer rather than insulting us.At last we requested for a customer feedback form or a complaint form the person who was claiming was the supervisor told us to come back tomorrow if we have any complaints I don’t know how senseless he is or may be he don’t know the value of our time.I think we owe an apology from the manager for insulting us and claiming false acquisitions against us.Worst treatment ever in life.Authorised person please check the CCTV and see what happened. Thank you.

I visited the place for a retirement function and the food was good. The main thing I noticed was their management because everything was nearly arranged and timely refilled. Even the restrooms were cleaned during the function.

Restaurant provides a variety of hygienic and quality food at a fair price. Has spacious parking area and hospitality is totally appreciable.

Pathetic. We ordered lime soda and grape juice. They made us to wait for 45 minutes. Also there was no grape juice when delivered and sugar was not added for the soda lime.
