Unfortunately, the rooms were not clean during my stay. Basic cleanliness and hygiene were lacking, which was disappointing. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the housekeeping standards. The only advantage is that it is near the Cochin International Airport.

We arrived at the place about half an hour ago. They gave us a price of 1500 rupees. We got to the room and couldn't stay there because the room was dirty from the floor to the mold on the walls, hairs on the bed and a strong smell of sewage. After ten minutes, we went down to ask for our money back. The guy refunded us half the amount, claiming we used the room and all of this ten minutes before we arrived at the room and decided we weren't taking it. We told him that if he didn't refund the full amount, I would call the police. He got stressed and returned the money, dear friends Not only will I not recommend it, I give it a zero rating for the service, the lack of honesty, the disgust, don't go near it!!!!

This has to be my worst experience after using an online booking platform. The rooms looked like they were last cleaned an year ago, bathroom was dirty and was extremely expensive. Please avoid booking at this hotel at any cost. BOOKING.COM EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!!!!

One of the worst experience from this hotel, already informed the owner/representive of this hotel for the checkin, after a long travel i came midnight in the hotel for the stay, after reaching the hotel the hotel boy told that my booking is not confirmed and behaved rudely, and asked extra money for room. I think they are focusing other state people for additional money. Totally Disappointed. Requesting to keralites, if you planning for take a room near by airport "AVOID THIS HOTEL"

Excellent facility at a very affordable rate (below Rs.1000) for taking rest before and after your flight. You can easily commute to airpot @rs.200 only on Uber taxi - very near. Great food joints are nearby for refreshments and food. Proximity to the airport is the biggest advantage of this hotel

Been to this hotel 3 times, during recent visit noted the standards were gone down. Rooms were not cleaned and toilet were very dirty. As noted hairs on bed sheet requested to change the sheet and room was reallocated but still it was not clean, even used soaps were on the floor in the toilet doesn't look like it was cleaned following previous customer.

Simple vantilated rooms with attached bathrooms. Good for stay if you are looking for a place at walking distance from Cochin Airport.

Rooms are very congested, not good for family...it's hard water in all taps which is not suitable for hairs and body.... bathrooms are very dirty...no one is there to carry your luggage...you have to do it yourself....only 2 persons are working over there....
