Swapna Home Suites : Rooms : Airport Hotel : Homestay

I was little confused reaching the location, which is the only concern I faced though it is just near the Airport. But once we reach the destination, it is simply superb with that private entrance and perfect gated community. The villa is really amazing with the experience of luxury home with everything provided at such affordable price. Kitchen and laundry facility was a greater utility for me. Hygiene is maintained and their hospitality is commendable. The staff helped us to plan our vacation with their inputs and assisted in vehicle booking and other stays booking at best price. Would surely recommend to families and couples. Thanks to the team and wish to come back again

Our group had the most pleasant stay at Swapna Homes. We booked a luxury suite and felt absolutely at home.Very clean and hygienic rooms, functional too, power back up if electricity is off, hot water availability at all times, functional ACs, and a host who is very welcoming and accommodating Thomas. We had to check in really late, they offered great flexibility for check in times. Its great location gives it an advantage as well. Food is also available on delivery menus in the rooms late as well. We were so comfortable here! The location an additional advantage very close to the COK Airport.

We know this property through my friend who is staying near cochin. The property was very nice and clean. we (six) went to pilgrim trip on 18.09.2024. Tariff is reasonable. Staff was very cooperative and does the work with Smiling face. Very good property for staying with family. Kitchen facility also available.

Very near to cochin Airport. Such a peaceful environment, specially for families. Also the staffs are friendly and helpful. It has a residential look, well organized and you immediately feel at home specially kitchen has all necessary items including species as well, nice place to stay, Such a worthy price.

Stayed 2 nights at Swapna Home suites, we occupied 2 rooms...Came for a Golfing tournament at CIAL Golf club next to the Cochin Airport, it's only 5 mins drive to the home stay from the Club & Airport, I really felt at home... The property is so unique with amazing greenery surrounds and just pristine out here. It's like a bubble that is not touched by the hustle bustle or even the slightest pollution free of the city. The owners (Mrs & Mr.Shido & Mr.Tobin) passion and love clearly shows in carving this prop with many plants, interiors and the comfort of Bed & Quality soft pillows providing 8" mattress is extraordinary. They hold themselves to very high standards on par with some of the best hotels in God's own country, especially with respect to cleanliness. All staff (Shriju) were super friendly and helpful. Food is from Bismi restaurant on call, reaching 30 mins, quite fresh and good. Kitchen available for an extra Rs200 per day (guess not required). Comfortable Car parking available on each villa. Feeling fortunate, blessed and blissful for having had an opportunity to stay here with my family, Merry Christmas! 🎄 🎂✨💫🏌🏻⛳🚘

The room and the villa was very clean and well kept, the place is a new property with a few villas under the management and to top it up the staff was very polite and helpful. Would surely recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable and budget friendly home stay.
