Star Plaza Rooms

A room was booked through my sister living in India on May 2023. The contract price included the charge for breakfast. I had to argue every time with manager , owners and staff regarding the breakfast charge. The manger of the hotel was worst and didn't know how to behave to the innocent customers. The hotel people didn't honor the contract price and didn't give the receipts for the payment. They cheated me. I am defender of the truth and the issues are genuine. Warning to the customers-please don't go there, look some other hotels and get some peace of mind .

We Bokked rooms here through oyo. They called and informed that dont pay through oyo. The night shift receptionist boy was good service and good behaviour. But at the morning during the check out time they behaved badly. They charged us Rs.800 for making stain in bed sheet and give it to us. But when we open it at house we saw that it was already damaged and torn bed sheet. dont book here go for another.

The hotel is located near Cochin airport. Enough parking spaces are there if you came by car. If you don't have a vehicle, accessibility will be a problem .The hotel is located about one kilometre away from the national highway. Friendly and helpful staff, but they can check in only one group at a time, so if there is one team checking in when you arrive, you might have to wait five minutes in the reception. Good, comfortable rooms. Both double beds and twin beds rooms are available. Clean linen, and bathrooms. Hot water available in the bathroom. There is no restaurant here. But swiggy, uber eats etc Will do food delivery in the hotel if you order. Breakfast is provided from a limited option menu. Update. Don't book the hotel any more. They will ask you to pay extra money at the reception counter even though you have paid the full amount online. If you don't pay, they wont give you room.

Worst experience in my life with a hotel. I booked a room via Oyo rooms and showed up at the time alloted for check in. As soon as I tried to check in, the guy at the reception was like, you should pay more money coz we don't work with Oyo's pricing. So I asked him then why don't you stop giving away bookings with oyo? Then he has no answer. It was at 3 am in the morning and I had to catch a flight at 10:30 am. I had to argue with him till 4:30 am before I had to stop and try contacting Oyo service. But they didn't pick the call. So this guy closes the door of the hotel and goes to sleep leaving me out in the open at night all alone and raining. Please don't book here. It's really horrible how they treat customers.

A calm and quite place to spend Ur nights. Very close to Cochin airport. Food will be also provided by the hotel. Nice and clean rooms.

They charge you extra money if you book the room online. We booked through OYO and there wasn't any help from OYO too on the issue. The hotel charges you the normal amount that they charge. The amount shown in OYO is useless at this place.

I reached there in the midnight as my flight was delayed. But i didn't found good service. They were very lazy while working. But the breakfast what they provided was amazing.

Good hotel with very good staff. Clean and hygienic rooms. 5 minutes away from Cochin airport.
