GATEWAY RESIDENCY

I have never slept in such a dirty room in my life. Public toilet can be cleaner than this, please no one book this hotel, all there is is two ac room and no window closes, very very bad condition. gvn one star for the review.

The worst ever hotel in my life I have experienced. Such an unclean room, bathroom mainly, tap tiles and washbasin had black mold on it. Room bed was okay but broken table broken TV stand doors are repaired and also there is no good service. Cleaning lady she expected us to give her money for not keeping the room and bathroom clean. It was the worst experience I have ever had

Very bad experience...very very poor service and the room like a public toilet...no cleaning...very bad experience ....please dont go there waste of money..and the worst room which i see ever in my life....tooo bad

Very bad hotel, guys dont gave any chance for this u all regreat... Very bad facilities and accommodations, eventhough water facility for our primary needs are not available

Very bad hotel i ever went main problem was water we cant use the water even for cleaning facilities and the rooms are not clean everywhere in the room was cigarette waste and condam waste very poor

I would have given minus stars if there was. Pakka local rooms and services. Behaviour of the residents and the staffs was very irritating. This hotel should be closed forever.

A hotel with poor facilities. The bathroom in the room is the main issue with us, it's not neat and the water that we got from there is of mud water
