ITL Residency

The location is in central palakkad which makes this a good choice of stay, however the rooms look shabby and unclean. They had a weird smell and the toilets were stained and dirty. I would not stay here unless absolutely necessary and I don't have better options.

Very bad room .I booked AC room, but it was not working properly. Rooms were not maintained. Toilets were smelling

The building, beds, toilets are in very bad condition. No good facility available. Even a cup of tea is sourced from outside. The only plus point is it is very close to the KSRTC Bus stand. During the 3 nights I spent there only 2 or 3 other rooms were occupied by guests. The old Glory is gone. Sad.

I have a very very bad experience. I booked ac room through make my trip. When I went to the hotel, I got a very bad room. No bathroom bed sheet is good.

Rooms are not maintained properly. No lift facilty available, We need to take steps for all floors. Hot water facility is available only in few Rooms. Totally not worth for the money we pay. Only advantage is hotel is in the prime location.

Very good hotel to stay in palakkad Town. A 2 star hotel. Charges are 1200 for non ac and 1600 for ac rooms. The rooms are pretty good. Neatly arranged. Good washrooms. Room service is also good. They will arrange food on demand. The location is opposite to District hospital Palakkad.

I made a online booking for 3 hour AC room. Order was confirmed. When I reach the place the staff told i need to pay extra 1000 for AC room. The temparature was extreme in palakkad during summer. So I couldn't adjust and decided to stay inside car for 3 hours. Experience from the staff was really bad
