OYO Palm View Residency

The hotel denied check-in as it was booked at a cheaper price he asked to cancel the booking and pay the double amount than the booking amount in cash. Worst behavior I was talking to the guy he was ignoring and playing game on mobile. I booked this hotel through Makemytrip, so I called customer care regarding this issue. I asked them to provide some solution or shift me in any nearby hotel within 3km. After 1hr discussion Makemytrip didn't solved any issue and just refunded the booking amount. So i left with no option so I just paid the double amount than the booking amount in cash. Do not book this hotel. Later I found there are good and cheaper hotels then this near by. There is No hot water WIFI not working No breakfast This is not a type of hotel there is only rooms.

I booked this oyo room for november 22 to 23 and my stay was confirmed and payment was done much before. Upon reaching the place the receptionist informed me that room is not available if advance payment is done as oyo is not paying to the resort guys.. I have to make several phone calls to resort guy and OYO to get it clarified. oyo team cancelled my booking from their end and I had to pay much higher money it to get the room booked. OYO cheating customers at last moment. Don,t use oyo if one needs a confirmed stay.

Great place for the price... Exceptionaly cooperative staffs.. just outside the place is the athirapally river low side where you can have a bath safely..food availability is occasional.. however there is a goodgood restau at walkable distance..Waterfalls is almost 8 km away..bike/car is recommended..kudos guys..

This is a good place to stay if you are planning to visit Athirapilly water falls. Staff are really courteous and helpful. But the problem is it is located at a little isolated place. You wont find crowd here. No food availability here as well..

Extremely bad. I have booked oyo rooms through the mobile app on 31 August 2019 at oyo 26964 palm view residency. Booking was confirmed and i provided the check in time between 6 pm-9pm. I reached the hotel at 6.30 pm and met with the reception. They denied the room without any reason.

Terrible!!My family was denied check in as they said the property no longer have collaboration with oyo. Moreover they asked Rs 500 extra for a room. All this while they cheerfully exhibit their Oyo sign and name board .Avoid at any cost

Think before choose oyo Rooms. Terrible!! My family was denied check as they said the property no longer have collaboration with oyo. Moreover they asked 3000 per room at 11 PM, Please never choose Oyo rooms, And also same experience in Regal Cassetta at munnar top station, They asked 500 extra per rooms, Customers service deals it very very Badly.

Wow...Nice Residency.. Surrounded with full of green... Superb place .. service and staffs are also good ... I love being here wonderful place..👍😍
