NillThe service was incredibly disappointing. The staff were unfriendly and indifferent, making the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. When I approached employees with questions or concerns, they seemed disinterested and dismissive. The front desk, in particular, was unhelpful, failing to address basic inquiries and providing no real assistance. It felt as though customer care was not a priority, and any effort to resolve issues was minimal at best. This lack of professionalism and courtesy left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Proper training and accountability are needed to improve service quality. I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

NillWhen we booked the room online and went to the spot, the staff told us that the room was not available for 2 days, even after saying that the cash had already been paid, they did not mind us. It seems that the staff are changing the room for extra profit. They are just dirty staff. 😡No one should take the room

NillVery bad service. We booked a room in advance and paid for the room. When we reached, they told us that all the rooms had been booked and there were no more rooms. We had to call oyo and asked them to rebook a new room for us. We spend extra one hour for rebooking

★★Manager asked extra payment of Rs. 450/- for comfort stay.. He told me to contact OYO customer care & I was compelled to call your customer support. One executive from your end told to pay the extra amount and he should refund it after check out. But till now i didnt received the refund. Lower amount r shown in your app and when we check in hotel peoples are asking more for comfort stay.. Its a bad trend from both end..

★It is purely CHEATING business not following basic ETHICS and not giving value to Customer. I paid total amount for a hotel accommodation booking and received confirmation email as well and followed up with property person by calling to person which was mentioned in the OYO confirmation email as well but when I checked-in, receptionist denied my check-in by saying no rooms available. And they arraigned a bad room and... Additional 400rs also paid.. Its too bad...

★pretty terriblethere wasnu2019t much to like.itu2019s says 24 hour check in- however when we arrived there was no one and we had to knock on guests doors for help. when the man came- he didnu2019t apologised but asked for more money instead. we didnu2019t pay him as we had already pre paid in full! the bed was smelly. bathroom was all wet, the floors were dirty and all the furniture was dusty too. bad place to stay location wise too
