EMPEROR Business class hotel

Had a wonderful experence at this hotel. Hotel is small but service was very good. They are having Bar, restaurent and hotel. They rovide veg as well as non veg food. We only had break fast here. Normally they serve complementary break fast in room but basrd on request they provided break fast at restaurent. Vety co operative staff. Location was in nain Sultan Bakery area. Near to the main market. Rooms were of decent size. Beds were queen size. Comfortably 5_6 cars can be parked easily. They are having two entry points one from police station road and other one from main market. From main market side they are having bars in front.

Extra star for the manager on duty..very helpful and welcoming behaviour.. room were very spacious and clean. Food was good and hygienic. Perfect for family stay. Good parking space. Improvement: Google map shows incorrect location, you need to cloud nine restaurant as destination. Under staff , could increase the staff count. Approachability : enterance for car is very narrow..

My son stayed at the hotel for couple of days. Value for money in all aspects Special mention to Duty manager Mr Akhil who went out of his way to help us when mu son left his apple watch charger at the hotel. Kudos to him👍

Staff members are very nice and supportive. ROOMS are spacious and clean.Good food quality and of reasonable price.Overall stay here was very good.It is a good place to stay with family and friends .

It's one of the finest, calmest places to stay in bathery town. Rooms are quite big bathrooms as well. Breakfast served to room. Bar lounge available for the occupants. Reception and parking behind the main highway. The main reception staff Ashwin was very friendly and he took care of everything with great perfection.

Ambiemce is very good and very spacious rooms but only main drawback is they provide solar hot water . In places like wayanad this doesn't workout as most of the times it is raining and it becomes difficult to take bath with cold water..... we had complimentary breakfast and dinner in our travel agency package which is decent, first day they told us few items and asked to select from them and got it to room which usually doesnt happen that way in other hotels.. 2nd day breakfast was buffet it was very good with many varieties... it would've been good if they arranged that kind of buffet previous days also....

Very good rooms, good food,excellent service.. Food rates are comparatively low in Bar, especially combo offers. Overall pleasant stay☺️
