Advantage: Highway side, within city, lot of nearby shops for shopping, veg hotel is there on ground floor. Disadvantages: Not spacious for the cost they charge. Room service is worst. Blankets and mattress are not regularly washed or sanitized. Blankets provided were teared ones and had full of dust smell. The mattress they provided was very dirty even without covers.. Least recommend thsi hotel for a family stay.

Worst Lodge. . With lot of bugs and ants everywhere. And they charged 900 for non AC by giving just 12 hours. Moreover no courtesy and not well behved staff. Dirty rooms. Every lodge has 24 hours timings. But they said to vacate within 12 hours. Worst lodge.

Perfect Budget Hotel for travellers coming to Wayanad and Sulthan Bathery.Conveniently located outside Sulthan Bathery town with plenty of parking. There is also a very good Vegetarian Restaurant called Dosa Hut. Highly recommended.

Rs.500/- for a double room. Room is worth for its pricing. Staff is very cordial.
