Recently we have stayed here with our family. The location is excellent, on the side of Mysore road and slightly away from the city crowd. Very convenient hotel for a brief stay. Neat & clean rooms and polite staffs are the highlight. Restaurant is just a few feet away with variety of food. Mr. Ali was helpful and always available with useful tips. Would like to stay here in future.

Firstly Thanks for Hillfort Inn management. I booked a room on 21st sept but due to some issues i couldn't make and when I cheched for refund with this management team they tend to help me to get the refund even though the cancellation time is already expired but this team helped with me to get the refund and it clearly shows that best attitude towards customers, Thank you team I hope Ican experience your service soon

I have travelled across Kerala for personal and business purpose but i have faced the the worst experience from this hotel. They have a medium range rooms but they are charging like premium hotel .If we have a rating in minus for customer friendly experience I will give the highest because they don't have a restaurant but they will give option for with break fast lunch and dinner and most surprising factor is that they will give a copoun and we have to go near by hotel for food if we consume excess amount for food beyond their coupons we have to pay that amount and if we consume less we will not get that amount.one more thing if we check in for more than one day we have to pay whole amount advance from this experience i have understood the reason😅

It was an elegant experience the staffs where super friendly and the rooms where super clean and hygienic. There are restraunts nearby if you want mandhi there is diffrent store just next to this hotel even fastfood next to this hotel. Very nice experience when ever i come back to sulthan bathery ill consider this one of the best there.
