Capital Residency

Was looking for a place to stop over on a business trip. This place was right on the highway and was clean and well maintained. Prices were reasonable too. It has a nice restaurant on the first floor. We enjoyed the food served there. Had a very friendly crew too.

In that place we will not notice that there is a residency, the place was average and rooms are clean. They provide dental kit. And the view is so beautiful to mint mall oppositr

Normal rooms, situated in heart of bathery, but maybe a little difficult to find out, coz it's towards inside and lack of a parking facility is a defect

Great rooms and it is almost center of. Sulthan bathery town but. The location of it was not good not good. View. From balcony and. Could not find the hotel it was behind a buliding

Hotel provides clean and quite rooms. Washrooms were also neat. What were really disappointed was service. They did not bother help with the luggage. They did not have restaurant or room service. Did not have water bottle and bath towels in the room. Had to ask them explicitly for the same. Seems like they are short staffed, hence these problems. Even though it showed as 3 star hotel, it did not meet any of those qualities.

Room is good, it is giving 3 star feel but there was a problem with the bathroom, it was stinking and we could not figure out although we stayed there for few hours only( we also did not asked them to fix). Room was really clean and staff was good too.

last month i visited to wayanad with my family, i found this residency for best price in sulthan bathery with clean and neat, first i booked one day, den i extended two days for staying , safe place to stay with family members with best price. outside looks soo good

There was no hot water available. For the price they charged, there should have been hot water. Also, the rooms had very poor lighting especially in the bathroom. It was very dark in the bathroom and the guy said its like that in every rooms.
