Must visit. Once is the best resort and very cost effective and the staffs are very polite. It has a very safe car parking. Resort is surrounded by good views. I would rate 5 starts on my personal experience about the property.

We had a great time staying in this 2BH unit for our family vacation with 8 people. The apartment was clean, cozy, and in a nice, quiet spot. The only thing to note is that while there are two bedrooms, the beds are really only suitable for 2 people. But no worries—Mr. Firoz, the manager, took care of everything for us and provided extra mattresses and bedding so everyone had a comfy place to sleep. What truly made this stay stand out was the exceptional service provided by the property manager, Mr. Firoz. Special credit goes to him for his responsiveness, and genuine hospitality. From the moment we checked in, he ensured everything was smooth, promptly attended to our requests, and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. Thanks to Mr. Firoz and his dedication, we felt well taken care of and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. And Mr. Pronoy, the host, was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this place for families or groups looking for a great spot and top-notch service!

We visited Crystal Winter Arcade with a group of 30 bikers, and overall, it was a good experience. The property is located near the hills, offering a peaceful vibe and nice views all around. The surroundings are calm and scenic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained, with basic amenities in place. Though all rooms are non-AC, the cool climate makes it comfortable enough. However, it's important to note that this property comes with strict rules and restrictions: No loud music allowed, especially after 10 PM. No music or noise is permitted post 10 PM at all. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed near the pool or inside . Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms—you have to step outside to smoke. If you're looking for a quiet and disciplined stay, this place is great. But if you're planning for a high-energy party vibe, this may not be the ideal choice. Overall, not a spot for weekend getaways for group rides—as long as everyone is okay with following the house rules. 🏍️🏞️

One of the best stays, the swimming pool was very clean and the villa is gorgeous. Although they day of our stay we were the only staying (1 couple) in the villa and we were reluctant at first but the host (Feroz) was very sweet and nice guy and he made us feel super comfortable and one of the best host I have ever met.

Excellent friendly staff. Very accommodating. Suite was well decorated. Traditional breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Very nice, clean, and well kept pool.

Had a nice time with family here! Excellent service and tasty food makes us to remember our stay forever ! Enjoyed a lot and had a great family time here with nice food and service. They considered us as part of their family and provided us great service throughout our stay!
