I had an amazing stay at KKM International Hotel and would like to commend the entire staff for their outstanding service. Front Office Team: The front office staff were professional, warm, and extremely welcoming. They handled check-in and check-out efficiently and were always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Their commitment to guest satisfaction is truly commendable. Housekeeping Team: The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the rooms and common areas were spotless. Their attention to detail and prompt service made my stay comfortable and relaxing. Culinary Team: The food was nothing short of spectacular. From the delicious variety to the exceptional flavors, it was clear that the culinary team takes great pride in their work. Every meal was a delightful experience, and the presentation was impeccable. Overall, the hotel provides an exceptional level of hospitality, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay. Kudos to the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable!

I had a wonderful experience at KKM International Hotel. The standout of my visit was the exceptional service provided by the Reservation Manager, Ms. Swapna. She was incredibly professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless. The food was another highlight – it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were spot-on, and the presentation was impeccable. I highly recommend KKM International Hotel for their excellent service, especially the teamwork of front office,whole team and delightful culinary experience.

Beautiful experience. Came here for my daughter’s second birthday. The hotel staffs were amazing. Their breakfast and swimming pool are too good. Highly recommended to stay if you’re planning for a get away with your family. My daughter had one of her best experience in the swimming pool. Rooms are clean and neatly maintained. Will definitely be back.

I had arranged a get together for my friends. We, 20 ladies, enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The snacks were fresh, the coffee & tea was exceptionally good. Service was excellent. The highlight.. Hygienic washroom.

Very good location . Room's are marvelous. hygiene part was very good. Restaurant service's and food were tasty Pool and Jim were maintained very well Staffs were very appropriatable giving services and care.

I had an excellent experience during my stay. The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The rooms were newly renovated, providing a fresh and modern ambiance. Additionally, the toiletries provided were of high quality, adding to the overall comfort and convenience of my stay. Highly recommended!

- room was full of cockroaches, informed the service desk then came and spray the cockroach spray, whereby I requested for changing room. Manager keep saying all rooms fully book, end up go down make noise manager to get another room, when open another room is the same thing, cockroaches running everywhere. - asked for extra tower, front desk said whole hotel no more towel 😂 - took 4 rooms and wanted to extend 1 room to keep all the luggage till late night check out, manager said have to extend 2 rooms, if 1 room cannot extend. Took all the video proof, hope you guys can do better in future. Overall worst service and rooms not clean.

I had an amazing experience. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The food quality is incredible and the room is spacious. Nicely maintained gym and swimming pool too.
