Good hotel, rooms are very nice neat and clean. They are providing good services. If am not wrong one of the service boy named Vineeth he was very kind and good behaviour. They are providing good service also. Am planning to visit again.

I'm from Chennai and I needed a urgent room requirment as I was on a business travel and I happened to check in in this hotel in middle of the night, Staff Named Vinith was so kind to offer me a room checking with the norms and his owner, Perfect service that everyone would expect, that was life saving gesture from that staff, Appreciate your service. Room was clean and neat.

The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable and the front office staff miss Akhila was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

Disappointing Stay at Galaxy inn I recently had the misfortune of staying at Galaxy inn , and it was a complete disaster. The room was small, cramped, and poorly lit, with a window that looked out onto a dingy alleyway. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, and the air conditioning didn't work properly, making the room sweltering hot. The bathroom was tiny Needless to say, I will never be staying at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone.
