Had a pretty good stay overall.and its near to temple so it will be easy to go to temple in the early morning. The reception staff were really nice, check-in and check-out went smooth.The food service was pretty bad, definitely needs improvement. Hotel is too old, and they have humidity inside the hotel and rooms, we can not get fresh air over there. Hotel needs to do works on that.

Had a pretty good stay overall. The reception staff were really nice, check-in and check-out went smoothly. Spent some fun time at the pool with my family, it was clean and well-kept. But honestly, the food was pretty bad, definitely needs improvement. Everything else was fine, but they’ve got to step up their game when it comes to the food. Would still recommend for the good service and facilities, just hope they fix the food situation.

**Hotel Review: Stay from Saaj Luciya 23-09-2024 to 24-09-2024** **Rating: 4 out of 5 stars** I stayed at the hotel from September 23rd to September 24th, 2024, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, and the level of service provided was excellent. I really appreciated the hospitality throughout my short stay. However, there was a significant issue with the bathroom. While the commode and bath area were separated, water was overflowing from the bath area to the commode and wash area, which was quite unpleasant and made using the bathroom uncomfortable. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly. Room no : 302 - Other than this, everything else was fantastic, and I would consider staying again if this concern is resolved.

Located at walking distance from the temple with good rooms at reasonable price. However the overall hotel maintenance is bad. For ex, there are 2 lifts and both are under service at the same time gives a glimpse of what it is like. We were two youngsters, that's why could scale the 3(actually 4) floors easily. The front desk fellow didn't even inform us of the non availability of lifts and when asked specifically, then also there was no regret/apology for the inconvenience. It was more like what I can do type reaction.Rather, the room boy was more aware and apologized profusely. There is a safety locker, but that too wasn't operational as it was locked and couldn't be unlocked. Stay date - 14 June, 2024

We took two executive room and they have upgraded it to suite rooms. We reached at 12 am midnight. And we had to wait another one hour for the room to get ready. We have already informed that we will reach after 11 pm. There was no electricity in room in the morning. After informing they fixed one room.

Stayed for 3 days. The location is good very close the temple. The service was not good. No towels, no soap, no bathroom mat. After multiple request we got a bathroom mat. The bathrooms were not clean. I feel not worth the price.

In my opinion most pathetic property which visited so far. Below are the reasons 1. Staff are not customer friendly. 2. The provided us a room after. Waiting for a hour which smells pathetic where no one can stay for 10 mins. 3. Tried calling on phone to reception , it is engaged . 4. I vacated and informed reception about same , but no one cared about my issue.

Pros— The location is great. They have a luggage room which is free of cost. Affordable stay Cons — They have centralised AC in the room whose temperature is fixed at 24C which cannot be adjusted by the guest. Food is overpriced. It's a very old building so don't expect too many things just because they got 3 stars.
