The staff were truly kind and polite, but unfortunately that wasn’t enough to make up for the many problems we experienced. When we arrived, there was an issue with the check-in — they asked for more money even though Agoda clearly states that check-in is available 24 hours. The guy at the reception kept calling the owner for every decision, and even though we had just arrived after a 12-hour bus ride at 7 a.m., he wanted us to wait until noon. I had to raise my voice — something I never do — because I was exhausted. Only then did they give us the room, admitting they were wrong. The room itself was average: white bedsheets but stained, still somewhat clean. The bathroom, however, was in terrible condition — it honestly looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in years. I don’t blame the cleaning staff; it’s clearly the owner’s fault for giving them no budget. If you’re allergic to dust, do not come here. The air conditioner was full of dust, and you’ll start coughing soon after turning it on. Another serious issue: the location on Agoda is wrong. It says the hotel is close to the airport, but it’s actually more than an hour away by bus. That’s misleading and dishonest. There’s no hot water in the shower, so you have to wash yourself with a bucket — which is absurd in 2025. Overall, the staff are extremely kind, but the place needs a deep cleaning and much more honest management. The price is far too high — it should be around 700–800 rupees, not 10,000 rupees. You can find much better options in the city.
