Had a decent stay here. There is lift and parking facility, but the rooms and washrooms lack maintenance. Both AC and non AC rooms are available. The most good thing about the hotel is it's location. It's near to the railway station.

All facilities with good location.reasonable budget and room size is big. But no heater inside the room. Overall experience is good.

The owner is very rude person. He doesn't know how to talk to customers. There is no proper service. No hot water many times since they operate on Solar. Rooms and smelly and not clean. Staff including owner is very rude. They act like they are doing a favour on you. If any taxi driver is taking you to this hotel then it means they have a commission. They charges 1500 for AC and 1200 for non AC room. If you go by any taxi then you will have to pay higher price since they pay a commision to those drivers. Please don't go there !!

No intercom facility....If u require any thing you have to go to reception at ground floor...rest is 👍

This property is not in booking.com.But as my last destination in my kerala trip I always wanted to end up in a comfortable stay where I don't have to struggle with language gap anymore.So i was searching for bengali hotels only. But on social media,only one bengali hotel is well known.But I didn't book anything.But the auto driver took us in this hotel even though I didn't tell him anything about my preferences.But it turned out as the perfect hotel I wanted to stay in.The prices are also reasonable. Lift service is also there.So you don't have to worry about.Room service is always available there.There is enough space for keeping your stuffs in the room. But I would recommend not to book an ac room from September-March.It's really not needed at night.It can reduce your overall budget a little bit.

The overall experience was ok but only problem with hot water but the staffs are very helpful. Budget friendly place good view and a big sized room
