I stayed here with my family. Trust me guys, you won't get a clean and hygiene hotel at this budget other than this one with free breakfast in trivandrum.. book through treebo website directly, which will save you addition 300 to 400 rs than booking from makemytrip..go for it without any second thought..the staffs are super polite, well behaved and helpful. Rooms, bed etc re clean and hygiene. Breakfast also tasted above average...not sure why too many negative comments on review about breakfast.probably because of south Indian menu that does not suits north indian guests. 2 main brekfast dishes along with bread butter jam tea milk coffe and cut fruits tasted superb for complimentary breakfast. .. only 2 suggestions to improve, rooms are AC, how ever does not have a ceiling fan.. the bathroom /toilet didn't had a lock which was very strange..!! Also note that the proposed does not have lift facility

This was my third or fourth stay with the hotel. This time the break fast which given two days was not good. The hotel wasn't following the break fast code. There was only one main dish and bread which was good one , but There were no option of coffee egg fruits juice or nothing. Otherwise the hotel is good staffs are friendly.

Great hotel with well kept ,spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was great and the staff were very kind. Overall, great value for money and quiet.

We stayed in Treebo Adrak for three days from 4/3/2025. At arrival, the behaviour of the lady staff at reception was not anywhere near pleasant or welcoming. There was no lift and after bit of pleading we got a ground floor room. We tried to forget the issue and went on with what we came to the city for. But what followed made us change the decision and raise a complaint with Treebo and MMT. On the day 3 night, there was lot of noise and commotion in lobby, when a bunch of people were checking in. I went to the reception counter and requested the staff to please ask them to keep it low. Even though I spoke politely, this guy was already irritated by other guests and was taking it out on me. He said it’s not his work to ask others to keep quiet. Remember this is at 12.30am night. I asked his name to make a complaint. These premium hotel staff do not have name plates, and are not ready to reveal also. He and the other attender staff also spoke rudely after that. I asked him not to shout at me. He said his voice is like that and he cannot change the tone of his voice for me. All this in the typical rowdy arrogant way. We both felt very unsafe and through the helpline, contacted Mr Kiran over phone who assured that nothing bad will happen and to continue the stay. The following days we received multiple phone calls enquiring about the incident and finally mentioning that the company “will take action”. The identity of these staff or what action was taken was never revealed to us. MMT support calls were equivalent to useless. That night only the Treebo online call support helped us. Never coming back! Thanks for the experience.

We stayed for 3 days to visit Trivandrum especially shri Padmanabhaswamy temple. Pros: 1. Very clean room with a balcony to sit and relax . 2. Spacious room with warm water facility. 3. Location is somewhat good. every visiting places are located within radius of 3-4 km max. Cons: 1. Non - availability of lift , no lift facility to get on 3rd floor however stairs are made with masonry perfection , u will feel lesser strain while reaching upstairs. 2. Breakfast menu may also include north indian food, for visitors from other parts of the country. Tips: pls book through treebo website, u will find 3-4 hundred lesser than at hotel.

Eventhough I booked the rooms well in advance, on the 24th hour they cancelled my booking unilaterally. When approached at the counter, the staff expressed their helpless in alloting a room. The hotel has no lift facility and have to climb the stairs.

I had higher expectations of Treebo as a brand based on my prior experiences. However, this was slightly a let down. Although my booking said I could check in earlier, the reception staff rudely turned that down. The reception lobby did not even have a restroom. The room was good, but really congested. There was a work table, but NO plug points!! What's the point of a table then?? A kettle was provided, but one has to jump across the bed to reach there. The toilet was basic, but well kept. The reception experience left a lot of bitterness.

The rooms were real spacious and classy compared to the competitors of this price range ! Lots of area on offer for parking too… Bathroom was a bit cramped compared to the overall space, which was the only concern.
