Rooms are above average. Service is good. Food is awesome and delicious. The breakfast contains wide variety of authentic kerala dishes and are served in a very pleasant way. Dining halls are pleasing. Overall recommended. Expect 3 star facilities.

Rooms are full of cockroachs. Leaky toilets. Just warm water instead of hot water in bathroom. Most of the items in buffet spread gets emptied out & never replenished. Restaurant Staff is very arrogant. A Dormitory will give better service than this rot. Never Ever think of staying in this wretched place.

Our stay at Hotel Ruby Arena was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite checking in early at 11:30 AM for a room intended for three people, we were not provided with the additional mattress, even after giving ample time for arrangements to be made. After spending some time out, we returned to the hotel at 11 PM expecting to rest, only to find the situation unresolved. The total time we spent inside the hotel was barely two hours, yet it was a deeply distressing experience. To make matters worse, the hotel had a serious cockroach infestation. This is unacceptable in any establishment, let alone one claiming to provide decent accommodation. Hygiene clearly isn't a priority here, and it showed in every corner of the room. The final insult came from the management. Upon deciding that we could not tolerate the poor conditions any longer and expressing our desire to leave, the manager became visibly irritated and unprofessional. Such behavior is appalling, particularly when the hotel's failures were entirely responsible for our dissatisfaction. Additionally, cigarette butt were scattered around the premises, and the lingering smell of smoke throughout the hotel was unbearable. It seems cleanliness and basic upkeep are foreign concepts to this establishment. In summary, I strongly advise against wasting your time and money on this disgrace of a hotel. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs.

I recently visited Rooftop Bar AMAZON in Ruby arena, and it instantly became one of my favorite spots in the city! The ambiance is absolutely stunning, with an incredible blend of greenery and modern decor. The lush plants scattered throughout the interior create a serene and refreshing atmosphere, making it feel like an urban jungle escape. The panoramic views from the rooftop are breathtaking, offering a perfect backdrop for a relaxing evening with friends The seating arrangements were comfortable, and the lighting was just right, adding to the overall cozy and elegant vibe.If you're looking for a rooftop bar with great drinks, a beautiful plant-filled interior, and stunning views, Ruby arena is a must-visit. I can't wait to go back!

The room and bathroom are not clean. The wash basin door is tied with a cloth. AC is not working.Dirty bedsheet and pillow covers. staff has a very rude attitude.😡

Roof top Restaurant cum Bar was Very attractive. Mini Amazon forest at the roof top. Price was not that higher. Family can also come.

I went to the bar here. The ambience is great, but the service is abysmal. They need to work on that. The servers there who take the orders basically ignore us and keep us waiting to take an order. It's your loss. Keep your servers in check.
