Good hotel.... Tastey food.... Parking is a high problem...... Customer relationship is very good... Its feel like always busy

Went to have lunch. Busy area and parking is a bit conjusted. 3 cars can be parked in front of hotel, nothing kore than that. As busy area parking on road sides could be a challenge. Friendly staff.Attached bar facility at ground floor.Food would be served at first floor if coming with family.Had chicken Biriyani and Pineapple juice. Biriyani was charged 160Rs and Juice at 70Rs. Was not up to the price but an okay feel compared to other areas charging above 200Rs.

Whenever I travel to trivandrum i choose this hotel only because the staff is so friendly and other room facilities are worth for the price ,they allow 24 hr check in.. we always felt so safe and homely feel while staying in this hotel.. Thank you

Even though there is a bar, no disturbances to the room guests. Rooms are spacious and clean. Due to mosquitoes, air conditioned rooms preferred. Bus / railway stations are in the walking distance.

I am working in IT Dept. for some other emergency when i reach this hotel at 7pm which is already informed to this hotel and they give confirmation to stay but unfortunately they denied when i reach the hotel its very sad and difficult to me find other convinent stay because I am an allergic patient. I already inform to the concern authority when I take previous day to this. And its my third visit.All time staff behaviour Very Very Very bad behaviour by staff side and frond office they can't here me. I already inform this bad behaviour to concern authority those give licence to this. Management kindly please note this. By your poor and very rude staff behaviour making us very disappointed,.. Note . May I attached my previous stay photos along this and you can check your frond office reg also ....last time i feel insulting by this Hotel bloody stuff....

Recently stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The services were great, making the stay enjoyable. The location was incredibly convenient for reaching various places. Overall, a positive experience! 24hr Check in option
