We plan our x-mas holiday there. I got this hotel from the travel portal. Actually we plan to book this hotel because of the price. But it was a very good experience for us. I really wonder my check-in and check-out was made just within 5 minutes. Food is very rich and tasty and also they have lot of variety. Morning buffet simply amazing. Great location too.

Good and decent option in the main city area. all the government offices are located in this area. Convenient place. Clean and well maintained rooms. Staff is not very good but the hotel is newly constructed and having ok prices

I stayed in this hotel for about 2 days . They say that this is a 3 star hotel but I felt it as a 3rd rate hotel. Their restaurant is horrible and room service is pathetic.The toilet fittings were suffering severe leakage and there was no person sent to fix it even after several requests.The accommodation was stinchy and awe full. I expected a better holiday but my hotel experience spoiled it.

Hi,||If you are visiting Trivandrum do avoid staying in the Grand Central hotel in Statue oppp. to the Secretariat.It is next to another hotel named "Hotel Pankaj".The rooms were smelly and to our horror in the morning we found bed bugs on our clothes and had a hard time removing them.It used to be a good hotel but nowadays due to poor management and neglect the quality has gone down the drain.

Service and response to basic needs was extremely low and that's unacceptable for a 3 star hotel at m g road of Kerala's capital city.||||PLEASE AVOID STAYING HERE
