OYO Home Pop Tavern Pettah

The service boy first denied entry to the hotel and said all rooms are full. After lot of discussion he shared other address of your hotel chain and told us to go there in midnight which is not professional. The other rooms are good but no hot water in the rooms.

Please do not select Pop Tavern pettah from OYO at this location. They have multiple sites in the city if we book room at one particular location from OYO they will be giving rooms from other sites where there is a vaccine so that we have to move to their other locations which is very difficult as a tourist for the city. I had the worst Experience with this, by moving to 3 different sites at night time around 11PM. Worst Management response. The receptionist was also drunk.

Most pathetic experience. DO NOT BOOK!! They do not honour the price at which you book the hotel online. When the customer care of booking app contacted them, they lie that it’s a different property which is now closed, when the rooms in the pictures are same as on site! And even after being cancelled by the booking app, be ready to be spammed in your mailbox for the reviews on Google. I had to block them to stop this! 100s of mails for Google review…

The worst place for family. This place didn't even have a lift to carry goods up. No reception area. No receptionist or a lift boy to carry your luggages. No proper bedding. No locks out side to lock your rooms. OYO had transferred my bookings there from another hotel had the worst episode of my life in hotels. This place is only good for young couples who do not care about higene but only a secret place to hangout and sleep together.

I booked room through OYO App on 17 Sep 23 in Rs 900 then I call on the hotel no for location then Hotel Manager asked for Rs 1000 but I denied and tell About price Rs 900 as booked on OYO then he agreed when we reached hotel . In morning no water available in bathroom from 5 to 8 am . I checked for receptionist but no one present . I called on Hotel no 20-30 times but no response. Also the hotel building area is very badly maintained.
