Boban Residency

Spacious and clean rooms with ac and non ac options. If only the Lenin were washed periodically would have been a no brainier with 5 star rating. There’s a restaurant which serves both veg and no veg items though I can’t comment as I didn’t visit the restaurant during my stay.

Worst experience ever. Advised not to opt. Bad behaviour by owner, zero customer service. No latch in restrooms, at time of checkin water was not filled in jugs, dustbins overflowed with garbage, unclean rooms, no soap,shampoo & hot water issues. Breakfast was horrible. We booked 24rooms and they were overcharged.

I stayed in this so called 3 star Hotel with my wife for 5 days. It was horrible staying in this Hotel. Right from check-in we had bitter experiences. After a point of time, there was no fun telling all these issues to the management as they were counter arguing and even stated that I was the only person who complained about amenities, service, food etc., in the last few years. The food was the worst I had in my life. I had No other choice but to eat only Dosa in the morning for 3 days. No other items. The Chutney was very watery and Sambar was unbearable. Coffee was reasonable. Tea was not at all acceptable. No lights in the bathroom. No hangers in the cupboard. Only one plug point in the room. There was heavy noise from the air-conditioner. The linens were dirty and stinky. During our 5 days stay they did not even change the linens once. Only once the room was cleaned and mopped. No Water provided for drinking despite repeated requests. The dining area was stinking. Most of the time the area was dark. I had to switch on the lights and fans many a time. In general, it is not an ideal place for staying. The room rent (tariff) was quite high, and no value for money spent. The GM was not courteous. He always justified his roles and counter-argued for everything. In total, the stay was unpleasant. I will never ever visit this Hotel nor will I recommend the Hotel Boban Residency. I rate the hotel 1.25 in a scale of 10.

Rooms and bathrooms are not clean, there is lot of dirt on bedsheet and the pillows are too bad if we use it we will get any disease. And they are not providing water and if buy from their restaurant they are charging 25 rs for water which is more than MRP

Sandeep and sanju is nice staff and today is am chacking also I am happy with the house keeping service thankyou so much and food is very testy thankyou for nice food and pool is also nice cafe g restaurant is very good restaurant I am happy with the holidays inn ihg agra thankyou so much

Room maintenance and services very poor cleaning cleaning not done by day In room lizards cockroaches Bathroom toilet flesh not working Hot water not coming 24 hours Bucket and mug low class Hot back side very durty

Recently, I had a overnight stay at this hotel Totally disappointed with the interior nd other stuff.. I'm not even willing to give 1star rating. The bedsheets were spotted,waste was not disposed properly, found 3-4coackroaches in room. I strongly recommend to check before accomodating in this type of hotel. Thankyou.

Rude Behaviour and not responding anyone. Incomplete staff.. Not even gave 1 star rating also.. Don’t prefer this hotel.. I am an most experienced person.
