This is a very good property set on the centrally located Samalikulam Road. It is near the railway station, airport, Padmanabha swamy temple, Ganapathy temple etc. Lots of good restaurants are also there nearby. Autos are also easily available there which is an economical option compared to taxis which are more costly (Both Uber and Ola are available). Staff is very courteous and helpful. We had done a direct booking after calling the reception which turned out cheaper than make my trip. Breakfast was included in our plan and was quite elaborate. Stay was very comfortable and view near roof top swimming pool was very good (you can even see famous Padmanabha swamy temple from it). We had a good stay and would recommend it.
