Hilton Garden Inn Trivandrum

Located near the Kerala Secretariat in Trivandrum. Managed to locate the hotel although that road to the hotel was extremely narrow. Although it is a 5 star hotel, it did not have the trappings of one.|Very small lobby, Restaurant close to the lobby. The rooms were clean and economically furnished. The rooms were value for money. No noise experienced. |I felt it was more of a hotel for executives who come for meetings etc. I also saw a lot of Air India Express Cabin Crew staying there. |I would like to mention those staff who were kind and helpful to me.|My stay - 25-26-27 Sept. 2025|Front office manager – Bittu was very kind and hospitable.|Garden grille restaurant - Christo Restaurant Manager. Naina and team. |27th Sept - met Arun sous chef and Jay and his team service staff were great. They did something unusual by making me cut a Bon Voyage Cake which was so kind of them.|Enjoyed my stay at Hilton Garden Inn Trivandrum.

The location is excellent with good landmarks to capture with cabs and autos. The rooms were spacious and very comfy. The breakfast was so good and the staff were fast with their service. The front desk staff are very friendly and approachable and have topped in customer service for us. Really appreciate Bhagylakshmi and Akhil for their quick response with a smile to all our queries and small issues.

I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Thiruvananthapuram from 1st to 2nd October 2025. Overall, the hotel staff were very helpful and supportive, though I did face one issue during my stay. On the first night, there was some confusion with the restaurant billing. The matter could have been handled more courteously by the restaurant manager, Sarath, as the conversation felt uncomfortable at the time. However, the issue was later resolved, and I appreciate the team’s effort in addressing it. I especially want to highlight the excellent service from the front office team — Bhagyalakshmi, Simmy, and Rajashekar — who went out of their way to help me. The hotel manager and front desk manager personally checked in with me and ensured the billing matter was corrected. The head chef, Asmic Raj, was also very accommodating, and Sandesh from the restaurant was polite and attentive. This was my first Hilton stay, and while the initial issue left me disappointed, the professionalism and support from the rest of the staff made a big difference. I hope the brand ensures more consistent guest handling in the future, as the overall hospitality at this property is otherwise commendable.

We had a conference at Hilton Garden Inn, Trivandrum, and I stayed there for a day. The event went well. The rooms are fine, though they really need to upgrade their lock system — otherwise, guests end up having to go down to reception to get keys reset. Hopefully, they’ve fixed this by now. The food was okay. The location is nice, though. On the event day, the banquet manager, sales manager, and executive chef were on leave, which did create some initial tension for me. However, their junior team handled everything wonderfully — kudos to them. The conference hall is well-suited for 100–150 guests and has reasonably adequate parking.

The hospitality was excellent and breakfast was sumptuous . They provided hot meals and it was the best. Different types of idly’s served was just awesome. Front office was caring and helpful and provided a very welcoming environment. Check in past midnight was fast and efficient . Rooms were large and the bed and pillow was of high quality . We were able to sleep within 5 mins. Aircon was clean and fresh.

A big thank you to the staff at Hilton Garden Inn, Trivandrum for the quick, professional arrangements that they helped out with, for my son's engagement function on the 31st August 25. Special mention to Chef Asmic Raj, a thorough professional who could despite our several requests for changes in the menu, he responded immediately and had the samples ready at short notice. Kudos to the very organized Banquet Manager Kanhu Charan Sabut who was available 24/7 to attend to our varied requests in double quick time and wqas always cool and calm. The ever smiling Sandra Tony of Banquet Sales, a gentle professional readily coordinated all our multiple changes with quiet grace. Also special mention to the affable Deeptish, the Assistant Front Office Manager who was our first point of contact and needless to say, everything went smooth from then on, with his welcome coordination. Their new GM Bharathi Perumal also came and met us to enquire about the preparations, the day before and on the date, which was nice of him to do, despite his busy schedule. Such professionals make the difference between just a big hotel and a place long remembered for the personal touch of their staff. In my service industry trainings, I have noticed that company culture make s a big difference in service and this place definitely is recommended. Wishing all the best in the future for this place with a heart.

A very friendly staff, with great help in organizing superb darshan and puja of Lord Padmanabha Swami Temple.Special mention of the manager and PR team. The hotel rooms were neat and tidy, though relatively small compared to other hotels; when I raised this, the staff explained that the compact size was expected for a business-type accommodation. On the first day, I experienced some disturbance due to drilling sounds from maintenance work, but the staff responded quickly by shifting me from the 3rd to the 7th floor and provided interconnected rooms, which was thoughtful. While the hotel doesn’t have a spa, the food was good and the service excellent. I had forgotten a few dresses in the room, and after informing them before my train journey, they immediately packed the items so I could arrange for collection, which I appreciated. Overall, it’s a great choice for a business or work trip, but for a leisure stay, it might not feel cozy enough. Appreciate the service of Deepish at the Hotel
