Hotel Residency Tower

I got a free upgrade to suite and it was a nice gesture by the hotel. This property is located in heart of the city and has access to many restaurants nearby. The staff were polite and spread of breakfast was also good. Price is also very reasonable for this kind of hotel. Worth the money spent.

I have stayed at Hotel Residency Tower several times now and have been impressed by their quality each time. The food (both at their Orion restaurant and their rooftop restaurant) is fantastic. The rooms are always clean and well maintained every day. The absolute standout of this hotel however, is the quality of the service. The staff are fantastic and could not be any more accommodating. They are always a pleasure to deal with and are one of the main reasons that next time I go to Trivandrum, I will be staying at Hotel Residency Tower.

Had a pleasant experience in Residency Tower while traveling with my infant. Check In was hassle free. Renovation of the reception is going on so the entrance does not give a grand appeal as of now. Room, though old, are renovated well and cleanliness was top notch. The rooftop swimming pool was neat. Special mention to the complimentary breakfast. Everything about it was good. Be it the main course, live counter, juices and pastries. Loved the service staff as well. Coming to the only negative we faced was the parking. The property can only hold a maximum of three cars in front of the reception. Though valet was very effective, they ask you to get down soon and give the car to valet. This happened even during check in. I wish they find a solution for this.

Residency Tower has been around for years but it has also been renovated to add a modern touch. The rooms are nice and comfortable, the staff are helpful, and the food is good. The water pressure and the temperature in the shower could be better. The bar reminds one of the old basement ones with dark interiors. The gym probably doesn't get used much and it was in a bad shape (pun intended). Overall, a good place but some little things could be made better.

What stood out the most was the staff—everyone was very friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure I had a great stay. The hotel's prime location made it easy to access downtown, which was a huge plus for exploring the city. Overall, I had a wonderful time at Hotel Residency Towers and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

I recently stayed at Hotel Residency Towers, Trivandrum, and it was quite a disappointing experience. The rooms were average and surprisingly small, certainly not worth the high price. Although the check-in process was smooth, I was left waiting 15 minutes at checkout while they awaited clearance from housekeeping. This process felt unprofessional and almost insulting, as if they didn’t trust their guests to leave the room in good condition. Such a lack of guest respect is simply unacceptable. Parking facility is disaster. They just park cars on road during night time. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Perfect location, Good hotel, excellent food, friendly staf. Hotel is just 2km from temple, spacious room, good room service, bar facility also available and thanks to front office staff for smooth check inn. But furniture is very old needs improvement

Not genuine with booking we booked two rooms for same price we were given one smaller room and they argued it’s all the same. Had hot water troubles. No guest amenities were available but for toilet kit. Charges were pricey not cheap Can’t agree with the 4 star standard very basic facilities but too pricey. Though the roof top dhaba was the best part of the stay. Definitely won’t be coming back
