The room is okay to stay .but the services are bad for me. Week wifi and bad hospitality from the hotel.

We stayed for one night, the staff was really friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bathroom as well, there was hot water in the bathroom (that’s important in India). The only thing I want to mention for improvement is that the bed sheets were pierced, that was weird and made our sleep uncomfortable and you can take care and be more careful. In general, it was nice and I can recommend it

Beautiful rooms, very friendly staff and kind in accommodating requests. Arranged early morning vehicle for commute. Will surely stay again if visiting Thodupuzha Only disappoint was lacking room service for food and beverage. Though I used Swiggy.

Neat and clean rooms. Deluxe room is spacious. Neat bathrooms. Quick service and polite staff. Only drawback is no restaurant, room service. We have to arrange food for our own. There are three restaurants just 50m away. One pure veg, one non veg and Chazhikkattu hospital canteen. All are good.

Worst quality room. Rude receptionist. Over priced completely not worth to stay here. When we said that we need to see the rooms before we book the rooms, receptionist yelled at us and asked to see in internet (online). Never ever think of going to this lodging where you don't even have a proper parking.

Last minute stop over in Thodupuzha and we found this gem in the middle of the city. Very clean, very comfy and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They even came to the bus station to help us out finding our onward connection, real heroes! Location is great, just 7 minutes walk from bus station. 2 minutes walk to the market and just everything we needed. There was no wifi in the room at the time of our visit and no restaurant, but it's so close to everything it wasn't necessary. Thanks Kgees for a wonderful stay!

Most of the time it is difficult to get good accommodation at Thodupuzha and Kgees Noah Ark Premium Residency offers excellent rooms at affordable rates. I had to stay at Thodupuzha for official purpose last week and somehow I managed to book a room at Kgees Noah Ark, this is the first time I am staying there and must say that the stay was really comfortable. Located in the heart of the town, the property is well maintained and the staff were cordial and attentive. The hotel has sufficient covered parking and the food was prepared and served as ordered. The rooms are spacious and with good decor, also all necessary amenities were provided. Overall the hotel is good for stay, be it with family or for business purposes.
