Mamma Champos

Excellent cuisine from India, Tibet and international. Loved the prawns cooked in banana leaf. We came two nights as the food and service was outstanding. The seafood is on ice and you can choose what and how you’d liked it cooked. Highly recommend.

We had an exceptional lunch here. We ordered lemon mint, watermelon juice both of them tasted really well. In the food items , we had ordered chicken momos, chicken tikka and a veg pizza. The food taste and the quality was amazingly great. The restaurant's cons are it doesn't have great views and there is a limit to the number of fans available. Overall it was a fantastic experience for us.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at this restaurant. Their service was truly wonderful, with a staff that was not only sweet and polite but also incredibly attentive. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the excellent food. The pizzas and momos were a standout and some of the best I've ever had. The fact that the restaurant is conveniently located near the beach adds to its charm, providing a serene and peaceful ambience that complements the dining experience perfectly. Overall, a fantastic restaurant that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a memorable culinary journey.

We wanted to eat two fish today. The owner of the restaurant did not want to sell us any of the fish we had chosen. She said "the fish was too expensive" but did not mention the price. Then the fish was apparently reserved for someone else. The service was unfriendly. The restaurant is not recommended if you want to buy fresh fish from the display. We went to another restaurant very dissatisfied and hungry. Guests from Germany

Terrible vegetarian pizza with a thick tasteless crust that was more like stale bread than a fresh pizza dough base. For 480 rupees I expected better quality. The staff seemed miserable, not one smile from any of them or any desire for interaction. My friends had momos which they didn't enjoy which was a disappointment as the family running the restaurant are Nepalese.

Mama Champos is outstanding! Not just for the delectable selections of food, but for the love & heart that goes into their service & attention to detail as well. I've been a regular visitor to this place for the last year, and I'll keep going back :) - I would highly recommend the veg dumpling soup & their signature lemon/mint cooler on a hot afternoon. Thank you Mama Champos, keep up the fabulous work 🙏
