OYO 41708 Cliff N Clouds

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Rooms are worth for Money. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check-in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and we didn’t wanna wait. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Varkala. Overall, we had a great experience with the “Cliff’n’Clouds”.

We stayed at “Cliff’n’Clouds” for Couple of days, really enjoyed its location in the city centre where everything is within walking distance. Room was clean, nice and spacious. The staff was very friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. On my next stays, I will definitely check-in to “Cliff’n’Clouds” again. Affordable price, excellent location.

Its actually near to the Varkala Beach.The rooms are really worth for money and also affordable for the family, friends, couples etc. Really happy to get a neat and clean room which includes a bathroom attached bedroom, living room, kitchen with a mini fridge facility and a balcony... Really loved the stay.. Happy Customer❤️

Had a very bad experience with this place! I was traveling with my family on 31st August and I had booked this place through Oyo with a discount. However, upon reaching there after almost 16 hours of travel and almost at the end of check in process, the receptionist/manager refused my stay there as he came to know that there was a discount that I got from Oyo. Even when I called Oyo helpline he was adamant that nothing can be done with regards to my booking. He was not fazed by the fact that I could even raise a complaint and in fact he was challenging me to do so! He even closed the reception room and asked me and my family to get out of the property without even trying to resolve the issue. I am amazed on the rating this hotel has in Oyo and being a native of Kerala I was unable to resolve the issue with check in. I would certainly not recommend this place to anyone just by seeing the rating in Oyo. @Oyo team, to avoid these issues in future, I'd request to remove bookings for these type of hotel from your system.

NOT SO FAR AWAY or not too near the beach. Reasonable price for a family. Nice place to stay in Varkala, homely atmosphere and helpful staffs. Parking facilities are available. Only walkable distance to the Beach.

Very pathetic experience with Cliff n Cloud hotel. We booked a room via Make My Trip (MMT) for 31st December and paid the entire amount. We have made all the preparations to come there. After some days, the hotel authorities called and asked us to cancel the booking stating that the room is not available. This is a really bad service, the worst of its kind I experience from MMT. We have raised the concern but did not receive any proper response. I don't prefer this hotel to anyone.....
