First thing, paintings! My wife loved the paintings all over the room and the homestay. The room was very clean, neat and comfortable too. There is lot to say about the room and their services. Muhammed chetta he is one of the staff here, he recommended places to visit and helped us to arrange bike rentals and auto. The place where i felt like our home. I booked this homestay for my wife’s birthday they help me to surprise my wife, we enjoyed a lot. Mr. Suresh chetta, he is so kind and responsible. They helps us to explore varkala tourist places. Pleasant and peaceful location close to the beach. The hospitality of the staff was extremely good. The rooms were very well maintained and clean. Rooms with a private balcony are beautiful. The owner and the staff even recommended us with places to visit, arranged a bike and auto for the commute quickly.

My group had an amazing stay at Aryaville Heritage - excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms and very close proximity to the Promenade and the beaches! The premises were lovely with lots of greenery, and well-kept with regular cleaning of the premises. As a female group, we also felt safe with the accessibility and security of the location, with CCTV and female staff members being present. Our hosts Suresh and Rahul were very gracious, prompt with their communication and services and accommodating to our needs. Would highly recommend!

Stayed in Arya villa heritage on the first week of Oct'24 along with cousins. Good location. Even though sea is not visible from the building, it is just 100mts from North cliff. Maintenance of building is clean and good. Artistic painting all around. Had common hall and balcony. Only inconvenience faced is no hot water for 2 days as solar is being used and it's rainy day. Even after mentioning to care takers and owner, no alternative provided. My 8 year old kid had to take cold showers in rainy season.

This place is quiet good and has a home stay vibe. But if it’s rainy season, hot water is problematic. All the cafés and beaches are in walkable distance and provides travel assistance

A nice accomodation, in a very close proximity of the varkala beach, just a 50 meter walk to the cliff. Superb and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and hygiene was maintained

It’s a very good stay option in Varkala….. you can just Pre book this place, it won’t disappoint you…. Staff is very polite…. They help you in all possible ways you want…. Renting a scooty, booking water sports, travel back to airport…. It’s very near to north cliff, helipad area, just 2 mins of walking…. Good rooms and amenities….
