Worst pathetic stay ever in varkala. A staff name called Sudhakaran was very rude with us. This property is lack of basic things like soaps, towels etc. Rooms is unhygienic, lizards, small insects, i dont recommend to anybody coming to this type of rooms.

Very bad maintenance. Lizards can be seen in almost all the rooms. Very rude behaviour from our point of contact Jabastein. We booked the room for two nights but seeing the conditions of the room we decided to stay for one night however the point of contact was not ready to pay back the advance. No food or even a water is available at the premise for any emergency. I would not recommend for anyone to visit this place. The next night we found a very decent place

The only good thing about this stay is the beach view. All other stuff is terrible here. Pro: Beach View Cons: Insects, Heat (No AC), False Advertising, Expensive, Maintenance If you found this place in AirBnB, I suggest you avoid this or make sure you can convince the person who manages the place with the displayed price AirBnB shows that the place is Air Conditioned but there's no possibility of an AC for that place. They also showed a low price and took extra money when they contacted us, saying that the number is displayed incorrectly. When confronted about AC, they just said sorry we didn't know They did provide a net for the bed but it had holes and it was totally useless. Insects are expected for a place with trees but the precaution they provided was not well maintained and the insects crawled inside. Couldn't sleep at all properly with the Insects flying and crawling around

Worst stay in Varkala. They have big lizards inside the rooms, I have taken a picture and attached here. Rooms are not clean and no maintenance. The caretaker name of this place is Jabastin, he was very rude. When we told him there are lizards in the room and we will give a review about it in google, he said he doesn’t care about reviews. The place has no restaurant, no fridge, no drinking water and the room price is expensive. We had a very bad experience here. I DO NOT recommend this place.

The rooms aren't the cleanest and could do with a dust, but you do have the best view in Varkala, with only a 10 min walk to the more commercial part of the North cliff and nearer the south side better fish restaurants. The staff and owners were amazingly friendly and welcome you as a friend. You could get hung up on the dust in the room, or just sit outside and enjoy the best view around with nobody around you! They won't be around forever as one day the cliff will erode and take them, so enjoy while you can!

What a room. I feel very comfortable and peaceful in there service. Very neat and clean . Well maintained. Atmosphere and ambience are the major highlights. What a beautiful nature we have!

It is a very good stay near the beach of varkala also called as papanasanam beach. It has a nice sunset view from the stay. Those who love to see the beach and sunset , it's very recommended for them. Though rooms are okay, the theme of them is a hut house. We can see a total cliff of varkala from the stay. We loved the stay. The drinking water quality is not good and wifi is not fast , so those who plan to stay there and work be careful. Apart from that it's good for beach lovers.

It has minimal rooms but a flexible and good staff. It has the best view of any place in Varkala. The rooms are non-AC which is fine during tourist season in India (Dec-Jan). They usually serve a simple but cheap breakfast. It's all the way on the end of the cliff but not a bad walk and bit more secluded. Would recommend you use the beach by going down the road and walking further south over some rocks where it is much quieter. ||Would recommend anytime.
