Nikhil Ayurvedic Heritage Resort

Nikhil amibenic is good but beds are not comfortable. Except bed we can enjoy swimming pool and photoshoot. No proper service it was really different from all others hotels.. I can it is worst..! They should change the bed and service to customer.

I recently stayed at Nikhil Ayurvedi Heritage Resort and had a disappointing experience. Although the resort has a large swimming pool, it was poorly maintained with algae and bacteria. The service was lacking, with insufficient staff and unfulfilled amenities. When we sought assistance, we were informed that the staff was unavailable, and the manager, whom I can describe as a short, clean-shaven individual, did not address our concerns effectively. I urge you to personally visit any nearby resorts near the cliff to ensure they meet proper standards before booking. This is my first review, and I hope it helps others make an informed choice.

Had a terrible experience staying in this property. It was poorly maintained. No room service , no restaurant and poorly maintained pool with lots of debris , algae and in desperate need for maintenance. Rooms were badly maintained as well.

This my 3rd time visit in Nikhil Ayurvedic Heritag,the most exciting thing I experience from there is their service..They are ready to help the guest at any time..They place was really calm and quiet.. They don't have the in-house resturant but nearby there is one restaurant in Akhil beach resort,there I tried soo many dishes and the taste was beyond my expectations Pool was well maintained....

Very cold welcome. No room service or house keeping support. Restaurant to be accessed by walking around one kilometre. Surprisingly, the air conditioner is just like a turn on or off. Cannot change the temperature, swing or fan settings. The staff said that it's function is like that only, and they have never heard a complaint😢. The ceiling fan has to rotated by hand to get started. No hot water in bathroom, and the exhaust fan in bathroom was dead. Horrible place. Only positive point is the sit out provision and a good swimming pool.

Very rude behaviour of staff and all the nikhil group of hotels charge of single bottle water, they do not provide complementary water even. Breakfast and dinner is very bad quality, when we booked at that time they said buffet menu, but when I go to dinner and there is no buffet, they ask what we want and make for them, and bad quality foods, irritable 😐

Positives: - Great people who are ready to support anytime. - Even though a small place with maybe around max. 20 rooms, the surroundings are well maintained. - 10mnts walk to the beach (not to the main beach but to the cliff of the beach. May have to walk for another 15-20mnts to the proper beach.). If your looking for a sea or cliff view, this is not the one. Things that could be made better: - Our team occupied 3 rooms. In one of the rooms, the springs in the bed could be felt. Was difficult with the baby. We didn't complain coz we realized it late night after we reached back to the room late. I'm sure they would have given us a different room if asked and available. - The rooms and bathrooms were visibly clean. The fridge and some other patches here and there, if cleaned would made it better. (Getting into minutest detail) - Food needs to be seriously taken care off. We were a bunch of foodies. Food was prepared by order and was fresh which was good but taste needs to be fixed. Even consistency - we liked the pepper chicken on the afternoon and so ordered it in the night also but tasted totally different. Overall - we were there only for a day. No activities in the resort. Just a good pool which we spend a lot of time in , apart from the beach. It was family time , so no complains. In the situation, were the plan was just to chill, i would give it a 4star, but they have couple of things to improve. Compared to couple of resorts i have seen there, i still recommend them if you get a good deal!

0 star for service. They don't have room service. How is it called a resort when there is no room service. They borrow cleaning staffs from nearby resorts. Stupid people. And usual dialogs, new management, new staffs. Why are they opening resorts with proper trading for staffs?!!!!
