La Dolce Vita

We had really a bad experience with this place.The place was totally opposite the reviews we had read before going.There was no AC in the rooms and which was not mentioned in the website.usually in kerala there is hardly any resort or homestay where there is no AC. It was so humid and hot. The attitude of the lady there was horrible. I have not faced such a bad experience till date with any resorts.when we asked the lady to make our coffee a little strong she said if you need strong coffee you should bring your own coffee powder.

The owner Eugene is really kind. No A/C but fan is really enough to cool down. Very peaceful place as it's bit away from the main area but still in very much walking distance. Lovely breakfast!

Starting from room to food, the hospitality scores minus points from me. The so called Russian lady who runs this place does not the ABCD of service industry. She is running this place in India but still she and her fellow customers should follow Russian rules...website mentions the standard rooms and we assumed that the rooms in coastal region have ACs but NO....we were horribly wrong.. There was no water in the swimming pool...when asked, we were told that there is beach nearby...that was not less..we were served the quantity of what a 8 year old eats...added to that was when we asked if cofffee can be made more stronger...that lady was very curt and rude and asked why are not we carrying our coffee powder...oops...that is it....we lost it...

Awesome place. Very warm and welcoming hosts. Took care of us like our family members. Enjoyed every minute of stay there.

Lovely,cosy place with an excellent position. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We recommend it to everyone!

Friendly hosts. Gave us vegetarian breakfast as well. Clean bedspreads blankets and rooms.

The location is perfect. Our room was right in front of sea at the first floor. It was ideal.

Great place! Tge pool is really small just for freshn up not to swim
