The location is unbeatable , close to everything yet it provides the much needed peace and serenity. The manager Mr Ashrak is a very nice person to deal with. The rooms are clean, managed and maintained. The price is decent. My overall experience was really good.

Very quiet place, close to the cliff but in a green area. We know Ashrak since many years and he always improve his attention to details and service for welcoming people. We spent 20 days there in January 2020, the house has a nice rooftop suitable for yoga practice. Very raccomanded!

Kiaora is by far the best place we stayed on our 2 month trip in India. The cleanest, most relaxed and value for money. Away from tooting cars, dust and noise.Asrek, Robin and the whole team were just great. So accomodating, discreat and kind. They catered for all our needs.

Warning: Total Fraud Scheme. 0 (Zero) Star.. The owner of this stay moved to london 3 years back now the management has changed even the hotel name has changed, please dont book and waste your time. Air BnB sucks, if the owner has closed his business then why to show booking options.

Very nice and quiet place, they do whatever they can to help and make you feel home. 5min max to the beach, everything is nearby to do some groceries or shop. I would definitely come back there !

i had a good experience in this place ...this is the best place to stay with family as well as friends ..i stayed for a week and i didn't miss my home because of the facilities they provided ....the way they treated us was good ...food ,facilities everything was quiet natural ....thank you and will come soon again for next outing
