Excellent Hospitality, always smiling staff is the most positive aspects of the hotel, rooms are clean and neat. Food is excellent. Even though there is no direct hot water in the room they provide in bucket as per request.

Old star hotel. The reason why I said so is because there are some things which we often see in old star hotels like phones inside the washroom etc. talking about the check in and check out, it was smooth and the receptionist was really nice and calm. Very cooperative people in the hotel. Rooms are fine not so impressive but can’t expect more for that price range. Beds are soft and clean, washrooms are also clean with all the toiletries. We get 2 complimentary water bottles and coffee maker and ingredients as well. In Complimentary breakfast there is not much of an option, either a dosa combo or poori set and a coffee tea or juice of your choice. That’s it, not a buffet. Location is great as it’s really near to railway station and bypass. NOTE:- as always it’s just my opinion from the experience which I had during my stay. Other may have a different one. Cheers 🍻

The rooms are neat and close to national highway. But not worth for the price they charge. The front side of the hotel is undergoing repair due to highway expansion. We have come here for friends marriage. Booked an ac room for 6 people. The room had two air conditioners, one was faulty. No temperature settting on ac, no fan, no windiws. The worstpart is we had an uninvited guest, a rat inside our room. You heared me right, a mouse stuck in a room which you pay hefty 3000 rs a night. Please stay away from this place by all means.

Good experience at North Park Vadakara. They have good varities in the menu. Had Veg Meals, Fried Rice and Cut Fruits. All the dishes were well presented and served. Would be better if the restaurant would be maintained cleaner, like closing the doors to avoid flies inside.

Not having any standards of a 3 star hotel. No facilities or poor facilities for the charge they incur from the customers. Very shabby reception to start with and the materials in the room seems to be very old. This is situated on the highway near to the bus stand. They offer breakfast, not buffet. I stayed for two days there and both the days the food were the same menu!!! They don't even check whether the water bottle is empty or not!!!

One of the worst hotel Which I stayed so far. I boked the hotel for two days. They charged me 3 days rent due to check out delay by 2 hrs. There was no complementary break fast, Lift was not working, no hot water, and no temperature control on AC. Bathroom was very bad and foul smell comes out due to in adequate ventilation. Normally for double room, all other 3 star hotel will provide 2 bath towels and one hand towel. But they give only 1 towel. No complementary mineral water. So My advise , please avoid this hotel or Before booking, you physically see the room and ensure all systems are working

We had checked in on 16 jul for my son's exam. Our arrival was getting delayed. The hotel staff was thoughtful in calling and arranging food (during covid and lockdowns). Besides the next day Mr. Shyju front desk staff sent a complimentary breakfast due to lock down to facilitate my son in taking exam. This gesture is highly appreciated. Food was also good. Overall it met our purpose.
