OYO 79004 Flagship Hotel Kasturi Continental

Good hotel, nice and prompt service by the staff, but the location is not so great. No outside views and also the nearby area is not so clean. Not located by the broad road so people find it hard to locate it. However, if we keep that aside, the rooms are good and they also have an underground hall where people arrange for birthday parties and other occassions. The rooms are comfortable so you can have a good stay here and have quality food as well.

Pathetic service. Pathetic team coordination .pathetic rooms . Pathetic cleaniness. The food order takes 30-40 min to deliver. Beverage like tea takes 30-40 min to deliver. Good only for oyo couples who just wanna spend few hours. Not recommended for family stay.. 0 star for service and 0 star for room

Rooms are not so good and big... Food is very spicy... Air conditioner does not work properly.... No geyser in the bathroom which is again very dirty... Menu card has a lot of things but only 4-5 things are available. Not at all happy.

The first time I visited they booked my room with extra charge shown on google maps and then given pre used room which was not clean infact bed was not clean as well. When I complain they said what ''we have to do with customer " . Then I cancelled my booking and search for another one

I was forced to checkout even before the checkout time. The food quality is good but bathroom is filthy .. the tiles are not clean enough plus the bedsheet and pillow covers were yellowish in colour that means filth and dirt.

Considering the price perspective and the quality of stay it is very good, but you won't be getting a good WiFi here though they might have made it good but if your looking for WiFi and other good facilities you mustn't stay here Otherwise it's good location wise and quiet a good scene at night
