Capital O 82561 Hotel Om Palace

The rooms are normal but the Air-conditioning doesn't work at all also the condition of bathroom is pathetic, the water doesn't come properly and the flush also doesn't work. The service was below ZERO , only if there was an option to give points in minus. We order tea at 9:30 pm and till 11 pm no one bothered to inform that tea won't be available and then we order dinner at 11:15 and the food was served after 12:30 that too with wrong dish and inappropriate invoice which extra item charges.DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL and if you don't have any other option and must book ot then Do not book this hotel offline as you will not get any assistance about your complaints and concern and you will end up wasting your money.

Very dirty place. why this hotel having a palace in the name. In this hotel there are a very dirty n foul smell in to the bathroom.even u can't go there to wash u r hands because of the smell.There is no room service.No bolts from inside the room for the sefty of customer.I don't know why this type of hotels suggested by Agoda.It seems this company didn't check the hotel conditions.If the Agoda don't know about the places ,how can they show this type of hotels

Only one time at the arrival, after waiting 2-hour, bed tea was served. After that they refused to serve anything. We arranged from market. Bathroom size is small. Jet was not working properly. TV or entertainment service was not provided. only news channel was working. Service staff was rude in behavior. .

The service was bad, rooms were dirty. The bucket was dirty or broken. The towels were torn. Even after we paid for breakfast for four, only breakfast for 2 was served. Definitely not worth the price we paid for.

Room and services were good but there is some problem in OYO they book for some price but ask for extra convinience fee at the reception when we check in(saying there is something wrong in OYO service). So if you are booking through OYO then must be aware and ask properly about the charges. OYO service fails at some points they should improve.

I would have given negative rating but their is no option tell your developers to add please and also option for zero rating, because the service you provide is disgusting neither your customer support team which is not even capable of communicating proper and ofcourse their is completely fake price you put for the rooms because actual hotel is denied the prices and your customer support team not even responding just a ridiculous your services are.

Worst hotel....I have already pre booked a room about 1 week earlier,but after reaching the hotel they denied to give checkin stating that all the rooms are full. Total fraud.

Very bad experience, when I booked it was 500 but when I reached the hotel they were asking for extra money and said that we don't have your booking update. When I spoke with parent customer care then hotel person was not agreed, he said no booking confirmation he got and charged me extra RS 1000. Very bad. Don't come very very bad.
